Sveck dedicated high effort to researching, developing and manufacturing the soft & super- soft tinned copper ribbon. With advanced heat treatment technology, Sveck reduces dependence of imported raw materials and simultaneously decreases the cost of procurement, inventory, and production. In the meanwhile, we adopt self-developed heat treatment equipment for production, safe and environmental, which could reduce production cost efficiently and improve production efficiency. The super-soft tinned-copper ribbon owns high reliability, property, solderability, and conductivity. It cut down the cell fragment rate during the welding process, enhances the yield and greatly cost-down for modules.
Sveck improves the production technology which makes the product conductivity directly rises by 1.3%. According to the 2009 annual capacity, about 3.3GW modules had been manufactured by our ribbons. As the conductivity improved, it will increase 21MW new energy. Calculating as design for using 25 years of the modules ,the new energy will save 190,000 tons coal，reduce carbon emission 550,000 tons, sulfur dioxide 4700 tons , nitrogen oxide 1,350 tons, and greatly reduce the dust and smoke, this will make great effort to the energy saving &emissions mitigation.
